Jennifer Nelson
At The Etiquette Factory, we go beyond teaching surface-level behaviors, we focus on building strong character and lifelong social skills. Children don’t just learn what to do, they learn why it matters. When a child understands how their actions impact others, manners become authentic, not forced.
Our program is rooted in the belief that manners are a reflection of character. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, children practice real-life situations that help them grow into confident, thoughtful, and socially aware individuals. Whether it’s making eye contact during a conversation, showing gratitude, resolving conflicts respectfully, or demonstrating patience and kindness, every lesson is designed to strengthen both heart and habit.
These essential life skills empower children to navigate friendships, family relationships, school environments, and future professional settings with confidence and respect. By developing strong manners, children also build empathy, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness, qualities that shape who they become, not just how they behave.
At its core, The Etiquette Factory is about more than etiquette, it’s about developing character, strengthening social skills, and preparing children to positively impact the world around them.
We offer several programs to support you in teaching your children practical life skills in valuing themselves and others.
1. Life Skills for Kids: Foundations (5-9 years old)
2. Life Skills for Kids: Beyond the Basics (7-12 years old)
3. Life Skills for Pre-Teens (9-12 years old)
4. Life Skills for Teens (13-17 years old)
